As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the watch or jewelry to us within 28 days for your choice of exchange, full refund or a credit note. The item must still be in perfect condition. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Any item returned to Chronos Boutique must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached. Items must be returned with packaging supplied with the purchase.

To return an item, please email info@montresdistributors.com with all of your information. Please remember to enclose your order number with your return, stating if you would like a refund, credit or exchange. Please try and make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. Chronos Boutique cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.
